🚘Is Parking Available? Absolutely — and plenty of it. Emerald Events Place offers on-site secured parking for up to 90 vehicles, so you and your guests never have to worry about where to park.
It’s just one of the ways we ensure your event starts stress-free — and stays enjoyable all throughout.
🪑How Many Guests Can The Emerald Accommodate? Our lush garden spans over 1,100 sqm within a peaceful 4,400 sqm estate. We host only one exclusive event per day — so your celebration receives our full attention.
Your guests will be comfortably accommodated while enjoying the best that The Emerald has to offer:
- Banquet Hall: seats up to 200 guests
- Garden and poolside areas: accommodate up to 400 guests in total
- Indoor-outdoor layout with glass walls that open up beautifully.
- Scenic views ideal for golden hour photography

📅 Event Rates (All rates are nett)
- Monday–Tuesday: ₱130,000
- Wednesday–Thursday: ₱150,000
- Friday–Sunday: ₱180,000

- 5-hour exclusive use of the Banquet Hall, Garden, and Pool (up to 200 guests)
- Private access to the Master Suite and Deluxe Room
- Full-day ingress from 8:00 AM + 2-hour egress
- 30A power allocation — ideal for styling and entertainment setups

🍽️Do You Have Corkage Fees or Accredited Caterers? Over the years, we’ve proudly partnered with some of the finest caterers in Metro Manila and Rizal—each one chosen for their service, presentation, and taste!
If you prefer a non-accredited caterer, that’s totally possible too! A corkage fee of ₱20,000 will apply.
For other suppliers like alcohol, food carts, lights and sounds—you’re free to bring in whoever suits your style. No corkage for these!
Do You Offer Wedding Packages? We now offer venue rental only—giving you total creative freedom to handpick your own caterer, stylist, and other suppliers. Your wedding, your way!
📷Can We Have Our Pre-Nup Shoot at The Emerald? Absolutely—we love prenups! Whether it’s whimsical, rustic, or glamorous, our estate is your canvas.
- ₱15,000 (nett) for confirmed event clients
- ₱20,000 (nett) for non-event clients
Usage window between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to availability)
Includes: – Use of The Emerald Villa as prep area or holding room – 5-hour access to the pool/garden areas for up to 10 guests (₱500 each for extra guests)
To help preserve the beauty of our venue we kindly ask all guests to observe CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) practice during your stay
Do You Offer Overnight Stay or Wedding Prep Rooms? While we don’t offer overnight stays, we provide elegant holding rooms during your event.

✨ Can We Have Fireworks? We agree—our view is perfect for that magical moment.
While aerial fireworks aren’t permitted in our place of business, you’re welcome to use cold sparklers, no-smoke fountains, and smoke machines to add that special sparkle.
🔈Sound Guidelines: While no celebration is ever complete without music, we do have a few sound guidelines already in place:
- Outdoor music is welcome until 9:00 PM
- Indoor sound should be softened by 10:00 PM
We set these to help keep the atmosphere festive yet considerate of our peaceful surroundings. Thanks for rolling with us!
🐾Can We Bring Our Fur Babies? Yes! Pets are family too — and honestly, we can’t see any reason why they shouldn’t be part of the celebration. To keep things smooth for everyone, we only request:
- Please make sure your furry friend has a dedicated handler during the event.
- We ask that pets remain on a leash or in a carrier when moving around.
- Any pet mess should be cleaned up promptly to keep the venue beautiful for everyone.
- We trust pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets, including any accidental damage or injury
🔍Can We Visit for an Ocular? Yes, and we’d love to welcome you!
- On non-event days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On event days: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📅 You may refer to our Booking Calendar to confirm the available viewing time for your intended ocular date.
Note: We don’t accept pencil bookings for oculars to give everyone a fair chance.
