FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our garden is over 1,100 sqm within a private property of more than 4,400 sqm. We only accept one (1) event per day. 
Our Banquet Hall can accommodate up to 200 pax and with our garden and pool areas, we can accommodate up to 400 pax.
 
The Emerald Events Place has ample parking space (up to 90 cars!), a versatile hall which can be converted as an Al Fresco venue (that’s right! Our glass doors and windows open up!), and an amazing garden with a stunning view.
 
Music/speakers in the garden is allowed until 9:00 PM only. Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo prohibiting loud music/sound in public areas (especially the garden and pool) after 9:00 PM. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.

Should you choose a non-accredited caterer, a corkage fee of Php20,000 will automatically apply.
For any other suppliers (alcohol, food carts, lights and sounds, and the like), you are free to choose the very best for you at no additional cost!

THE NEW NORMAL: The Emerald Events Place will no longer be offering/accepting packages with catering. Please coordinate directly with your preferred caterers/suppliers for their respective rates and/or inclusions.

As of now, we offer venue rental rates only.

We love pre-nuptial shoots!
Our rate is Php15,000 nett if you have a confirmed event in The Emerald Events Place.
If you have no confirmed event with us, our rate is Php20,000 nett.
 
THE EMERALD EVENTS PLACE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 
– 5 hours use of the venue – hall, garden and pool areas; with The Emerald Villa as holding room (extension is Php2,0000 per hour)
– 10 pax maximum (excess pax is Php500 per person)
– Available only on dates without events 

– Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only
– CLAYGO (Clean As You GO) policy. Please do not litter in our beautiful garden

INTIMATE EVENT RATE (PHP130,000nett) 

INCLUSIONS:

– 50-100 pax only 

– 4 hours simultaneous use of the main hall, garden and pool for Event Proper, and The Emerald Master Suite and The Emerald Deluxe Room as holding rooms

– 8:00 AM Ingress and 2 hours Egress

– 30 Amperes for electricity consumption

CELEBRATION RATE (PHP170,000nett) 

INCLUSIONS:

– 100-200 pax only

– 5 hours simultaneous use of the main hall, garden and pool for Event Proper, and The Emerald Master Suite and The Emerald Deluxe Room as holding rooms

– 8:00 AM Ingress and 2 hours Egress

– 30 Amperes for electricity consumption

GRAND CELEBRATION RATE (PHP190,000nett) 

INCLUSIONS:

– 200 pax and above

– 6 hours simultaneous use of the main hall, garden and pool for Event Proper, and The Emerald Master Suite, The Emerald Deluxe Room and The Emerald Villa as holding rooms

– 8:00 AM Ingress and 2 hours Egress

– 30 Amperes for electricity consumption

If we don’t have an event, we allow oculars from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

For event days, oculars are only allowed from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight accommodations and/or wedding preparations. We only operate as an events venue.
The Emerald Master Suite and Deluxe Rooms serve only as holding rooms, simultaneous with the program.

We know our view is perfect for fireworks. However, aerial fireworks is prohibited in the subdivision where The Emerald Events Place is located.
We allow sparklers, no-smoke fountains, and/or smoke machines only.

Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo prohibiting loud music/sound in public areas (especially the garden and pool) after 9:00 PM. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.
Pets are allowed given the following:

1. Pet/s must have a handler. They cannot roam around on their own.
2. Pet/s must be on a leash. They cannot roam around on their own.
3. Any waste made by the pet must be cleaned right away by the handler.
4. Any damage made by the pet will be charged accordingly (including damage to the garden, should there be any).
5. Any injury inflicted by the pet to guests/suppliers/staff will be the responsibility of the couple.

Yes! Our parking area is safely located within our gates, and it can accommodate up to ninety (90) cars.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

– Face masks for guests are encouraged but no longer required.

– Policies and guidelines may change without prior notice, in compliance with the IATF and LGU.

SOUND LEVELS:

– For Garden Use: Music/speakers in the garden is allowed until 9:00 PM only, in compliance with City Ordinance 202-964.

– For Hall Use: Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo City. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.

The Emerald Events Place reserves the right to decline events proven to be non-compliant with government policies.
