How Many Guests Can The Emerald Accommodate? Our lush garden spans over 1,100 sqm within a peaceful 4,400 sqm estate. We host just one exclusive event per day, ensuring your celebration gets our full attention.
Our Banquet Hall comfortably fits up to 200 guests, while the garden and poolside areas can welcome a total of up to 400.
Guests enjoy ample parking for up to 90 vehicles, a flexible indoor-outdoor hall (our glass walls open up beautifully!), and a scenic garden view perfect for golden hour photos.
To keep the atmosphere relaxing for everyone in the neighborhood, we simply ask that outdoor music wraps up by 9:00 PM and that indoor sound is toned down by 10:00 PM—this helps us stay in harmony with our surroundings.
Do You Have Corkage Fees or Accredited Caterers? Over the years, we’ve proudly partnered with 12 of the finest caterers in Metro Manila and Rizal—each one chosen for their service, presentation, and taste!
You’re welcome to work with any of them for a seamless experience.

If you prefer a non-accredited caterer, that’s totally possible too! A corkage fee of ₱20,000 will apply.
For other suppliers like alcohol, food carts, lights, and sounds—you’re free to bring in whoever suits your style. No corkage for these!
Do You Offer Wedding Packages? As part of our more flexible “new normal,” we now offer venue rental only. This means you get to handpick your caterers, stylists, and suppliers, giving you full creative freedom to make your day truly yours.
Can We Do a Pre-Nuptial Photo Shoot? Absolutely—we love prenups!
- ₱15,000 (nett) for confirmed event clients
- ₱20,000 (nett) for non-event clients
General Venue Usage Terms and Condition
All bookings for events and special activities include:
- 5 hours access to the hall, garden, and pool.
- Use of The Emerald Villa as your private prep or your holding room.
- For up to 10 guests (₱500 each for extra guests).
- Usage window between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM subject to availability.
To help preserve the beauty of our venue we kindly ask all guests to observe CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) practice during your stay
What Are Your Venue Rates? We keep it simple and transparent with flat rates based on the day of the week:
- Mon–Tues: ₱130,000 (nett)
- Wed–Thurs: ₱150,000 (nett)
- Fri–Sun: ₱180,000 (nett)
Includes: – Use of Banquet Hall, Garden & Pool for up to 200 pax – Access to The Emerald Master Suite and Deluxe Room – Full-day ingress from 8:00 AM + 2-hour egress – 30 amperes power allocation
Can We Visit for an Ocular? Yes, and we’d love to welcome you!
- On non-event days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On event days: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Do You Offer Overnight Stay or Wedding Prep Rooms? While we don’t offer overnight stays, we provide elegant holding rooms during your event.

Can We Have Fireworks? We agree—our view is perfect for that magical moment.
✨ While aerial fireworks aren’t permitted in our place of business, you’re welcome to use cold sparklers, no-smoke fountains, and smoke machines to add that special sparkle.
Are Pets Allowed? Yes! Furry guests are welcome under these conditions:
- Please make sure your furry friend has a dedicated handler during the event.
- We ask that pets remain on a leash or in a carrier when moving around.
- Any pet mess should be cleaned up promptly to keep the venue beautiful for everyone.
- We trust pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets, including any accidental damage or injury
Is Parking Available? Yes, we have on-site parking for up to 90 cars—safe and convenient for all your guests.
Any Health & Safety Guidelines? – Face masks are encouraged but optional
