How Many Guests Can The Emerald Accommodate?
We strictly follow and implement health and safety protocols prescribed by DOH and IATF. Policies are non-amendable.
MECQ/LEVEL 4/LEVEL 5: Guests below 18 and above 65 years old, pregnant, and persons with comorbidities are highly discouraged to attend social gatherings.
Our garden is over 1,100 sqm within a private property of more than 4,400 sqm. We only accept one (1) event per day.
The Emerald Events Place has ample parking space (up to 90 cars!), a versatile hall which can be converted as an Al Fresco venue (that’s right! Our glass doors and windows open up!), and an amazing garden with a stunning view.

Music/speakers in the garden is allowed until 9:00 PM only. Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo prohibiting loud music/sound in public areas (especially the garden and pool) after 9:00 PM. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.
Do You Have Corkage Fees/Accredited Caterers?
In our years working in the event industry, we’ve cultivated partnerships with the top caterers in Metro Manila and Rizal.
We have chosen nothing but the best for you!
The Emerald Events Place has a total of ten (10) of the finest accredited caterers.

Should you choose a non-accredited caterer, a corkage fee of Php20,000 will automatically apply.
For any other suppliers (alcohol, food carts, lights and sounds, and the like), you are free to choose the very best for you at no additional cost!
Do You Have Wedding Packages?
THE NEW NORMAL: The Emerald Events Place will no longer be offering/accepting packages with catering. Please coordinate directly with your preferred caterers/suppliers for their respective rates and/or inclusions.
We offer venue rental rates only.
Do You Offer Pre-Nuptial Photo Shoots?
We love pre-nuptial shoots!
Our rate is Php10,000 nett if you have a confirmed event in The Emerald Events Place.
If you have no confirmed event with us, our rate is Php15,000 nett.
THE EMERALD EVENTS PLACE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– 5 hours use of the venue (hall, garden and pool; extension is Php1,500 per hour)
– 6 pax maximum (excess pax is Php500 per person)
– Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays only (subject to availability)
– Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only
– CLAYGO (Clean As You GO) policy. Please do not litter in our beautiful garden
– GCQ/MGCQ policies apply
– Room not included (additional Php8,000 for 6 hours use of the Emerald Villa)

What Are Your Rates?
We offer Venue Rental rates only.
Please coordinate with your preferred caterer for their corresponding rates and inclusions.
For 2022-2023, our rate is Php160,000 nett for 100 guests and above.
VENUE RENTAL (PHP160,000nett) INCLUSIONS:
– Venue rental only
– Maximum capacity of 200 guests in the hall, and up to 400 guests in the garden
(Please refer to our ALERT LEVEL SYSTEM TABLE for NEW NORMAL capacity)
– 5 hours simultaneous use of the main hall, garden and pool for Event Proper, and The Emerald Master Suite and The Emerald Deluxe Room as holding rooms
– 8:00 AM Ingress, and 1-2 hours Egress
– Up to 90 parking slots allotted for each event
– Housekeeping and security staff on the day of the event
– 30 Amperes for electricity consumption
– One event per day
We offer Intimate Event Promotional rates for 50-90 guests at Php120,000 nett for 2022
(2022 only; Subject to date availability; not valid for peak dates, and February/December events; Terms and Conditions apply).
INTIMATE EVENT PROMO RATE (PHP120,000nett) INCLUSIONS:
– 50-90 pax only (please refer to our ALERT LEVEL SYSTEM TABLE for NEW NORMAL capacity)
– Venue rental only

Can We Drop By for an Ocular?
No need to schedule with us anymore! Please follow instructions below: We allow oculars from 10 am until 5 pm from Monday to Saturday (subject to availability). ** Strictly no ocular on event days:Please visit our calendar HERE.(Pencil booking for ocular is not recommended and will be cancelled automatically) IMPORTANT: Establishments in Antipolo are under a NO QR CODE, NO ENTRY policy.– Please register HERE under INDIVIDUAL SIGN-UP for a personal QR Code. We’re human, we can’t possibly remember everything we talk about even if we try. With this in mind, we prefer to have all of our correspondence documented via email. It’s always better to write/type important details down.
ALERT LEVEL SYSTEM/NEW NORMAL Update:
Health and safety comes first. To protect our staff, we have to decline all requests for personal meetings. We will resume meetings once all variations of Community Quarantine has been lifted.

Are Minors, Senior Citizens, Pregnant, and Persons with Comorbidities Allowed?

Do You Offer Accommodations/Wedding Preps?
Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight accommodations and/or wedding preparations. We only operate as an events venue.
The Emerald Master Suite and Deluxe Rooms serve only as holding rooms, simultaneous with the program.

Do You Allow Fireworks?
We know our view is perfect for fireworks. However, aerial fireworks is prohibited in the subdivision where The Emerald Events Place is located.
We allow sparklers, no-smoke fountains, and/or smoke machines only.
Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo prohibiting loud music/sound in public areas (especially the garden and pool) after 9:00 PM. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.
Can We Bring Pets on Our Special Day?
Pets are allowed given the following:
1. Pet/s must have a handler. They cannot roam around on their own.
2. Pet/s must be on a leash. They cannot roam around on their own.
3. Any waste made by the pet must be cleaned right away by the handler.
4. Any damage made by the pet will be charged accordingly (including damage to the garden, should there be any).
5. Any injury inflicted by the pet to guests/suppliers/staff will be the responsibility of the couple.
Do You Have Parking for Us and Our Guests?
Yes! Our parking area is safely located within our gates, and it can accommodate up to ninety (90) cars.
What Is Your Policy for the new normal?
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
– NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY. Face masks must be worn at all times (except when dining).
– ANTIPOLO Bantay Covid QR Code; No QR code, no entry.
– Social distancing to be observed at all times.
– Temperature check and alcohol disinfection upon entry. A body temperature of 37.0 degrees Celsius or above will not be permitted to enter the premises.
– Minors and senior citizens are highly discouraged to attend social gatherings according to the IATF.
– Curfew will be observed (should there be one).
– Strictly no public use of the pool until further notice.
– Policies and guidelines may change without prior notice, in compliance with the IATF and LGU.
SOUND LEVELS:
– For Garden Use: Music/speakers in the garden is allowed until 9:00 PM only, in compliance with City Ordinance 202-964.
– For Hall Use: Please be reminded of the City Ordinance 2011-467 of Antipolo City. Sound levels within the hall must be lowered down by 10:00 PM in compliance.
The Emerald Events Place reserves the right to decline events proven to be non-compliant with government policies.
